Rosevale School follows the basic philosophy that education is, first and foremost, the task of parents and that the proper education of children is greatly determined by the extent of the personal formation of the parents themselves.
Thus, to be an effective agent of education, the school's concern is primarily the formation of the parents and secondarily, the teachers. With these two sectors properly attended to, the formation of children comes as a natural consequence.
