Rosevale School develops leaders who inspire others towards a shared goal. Accountable and having a strong sense of Integrity, the Rosevale Student is also an effective communicator who is an agent of Change. This allows him/her to navigate complexities and constraints while practicing conflict resolution skills. The Rosevale Student is a person who can plan and execute.
Working constructively with others is another trait of the Rosevale Student. She/He knows what it takes to cultivate relationships and help others feel heard and understood. Etiquette and Gratitude are hallmarks in this regard.
The Rosevale student frames ambitious goals to create a future gained through consistent and smart work. Not only for oneself, she/he Dreams Big for one's Faith, community and country. This strong sense of Citizenship grounds the Rosevale Student in current issues and while aspiring for work that endures for future generations.
