Vision, Mission and Core Values

Rosevale School follows the basic philiosophy that education is, first and foremost, the task of parents and that the proper education of children is greatly determined by the extent of the personal formation of the parents themselves.

Rosevale School’s philosophy on the integral education concepts of personal guidance through the mentoring system, high-quality academic standards, attention to human and spiritual formation and close collaboration with the parents in the child’s education.

Thus, to be an effective agent of education, the school’s concern is primarily the formation of the parents and secondarily, the teachers. With these two sectors properly attended to, the formation of children comes as a natural consequence.

Mission

The Rosevale family aims to provide holistic, relevant, and exemplary academic and personal formation to enable us to live a virtuous and happy life. Our respected and dedicated teaching and administrative staff as partners of parents help to create an environment conducive to integral learning.

Core Values

Respect

Respect involves two aspects: the respect which we owe to every human being as a child of God and the other respect which we owe everyone because of his status or situation.

Concern for Others

Concern for others means one is willing to really do something to help or take care of another person’s need.

Responsibility

Responsibility means understanding what needs to be done and then doing it.

Love for God

The love for God comes first ahead of one’s own life-as was the case with the Christian martyrs, who surrendered everything good in life rather than offend God, their first love.
